Been falling off the wagon again. Thank goodness for my trainer, Dalia, who comes twice a week.

My husband says he will start working out with me. I don't know if that's going to be good having him with me or will be a huge distraction because I'll be think "bad" thoughts while I work out. LOL!!!
264.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 124.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
