Today's my birthday and to celebrate, I get to go to the doctor again tomorrow for my first in 12 years "Women's Wellness" checkup .... Call me excited - UGH UGH UGH.

One of my sisters came to visit and will stay through Sunday. We did the grocery shopping thing this morning and though I was a good girl and bought all the proper veggies, etc... I was so thinking about biting into some good ole' Popeye's Spicy fried chicken.... Or a Whataburger burger(and I hate burgers), or Pizza ..... or mostly ANYTHING that other people can have even if just occasionally...

But, there's no cheating when one bite of the wrong thing could destroy what's left of your pancreas. SO, I walk the straight and narrow and for the most part am ok with it.

However, sometimes it's hard to scroll through all the posts showing what others are eating... I miss my avocados, my coconut oil (having more than 1/4t per day would be really cool), my almonds and homemade almond butter, chia may be what's tearing up my gut right now.. ALL too high in fat.

Some days, like today... it just makes me whiney... lol

Happy birthday to me... without -- the cake and ice cream because there's too much oil in them too - SMH - lol
