think about how happy you'll be when you loose those exta pounds.you'll be much more confident. all the compliments you get now and how much more you'll get when you reach your goal. Good luck!

Hi dont give up think of all the nice clothes you can wear,you will feel so much better about yourself, i say that to the mirror everyday hang on in there it will be worth it

Try eating some vegetarian things instead of meat. There are a lot of recipes on www.atkins.com! I'm a veggie and did atkins before and lost 10 lbs in a month. I know what you mean about getting bored with the meals! That's the hardest part, along with having no energy at first. Good luck!!

Debbie, I think it's pretty cool that you haven't weighed yet. To many of us place too much emphasis on week to week losses, or ocassionally, no loss. Good for you. Wow - will you be surprised when you finally do find out. Keep it up!!

I know what you mean. Just think "If I stick with this diet and I reach my goal, I will never have to diet again." And when you reach your goal you will have learned so much about your eating habits and you'll be so slim you won't want go to eating bad things again. Hang in there.

Thanks everyone.
Just wish it was easier to get the low carb snacks over here (UK).I used to be able to buy low carb chocolate (it tasted like the real thing!)but they've stopped selling it now. Now that used to keep me on track lol.

have you thought about going to a clothing store and just trying on some different sizes? i've done that before and you might surprise yourself as to what size you can get into! just a thought.
