Dinner💕Mushroom, pumpkin dip, crackers, protein shake with MCT oil. Total 380cal🐥 struggled to hit my RDA today, was not hungry after eating the low-carb cake. Might have something to do with the appetite-surpressing effect of the cacao powder used.
