I have dropped 3 lbs. so far! Seeing a bit of progress on the scale is such a delight. It makes me aware that I really can do this if I stick to my program. So far I have not been hungry and have been tracking every single bite I take. It shows me how quickly those calories add up. I weigh my foods now and am discovering what a reasonable portion size is as well. I am very encouraged to move forward and to add working out into my plan as I go along. :)
