Hey everyone! I'm excited that my weight loss is progressing and my TDEE data is starting to fill out enough to get some reasonable estimates for me to consider.
Based on my progression for three weeks:
17 Pounds Lost 4,002 TDEE 3 Inches Lost (Abdomen) Now, I know that data is not accurate as it includes the initial water weight lost due to switching from a heavy carbohydrate to a low carbohydrate diet. If I cut out the first two weeks of data, I get different results.
3,075 TDEE
Based on that TDEE, and on my intake over that time period, I believe it is safe to conclude that I have lost 6-7lbs of fat in addition to 10lbs of water weight. That's on par with a weekly 2lb loss goal. The reason I believe it may be higher than 6lbs is my daily intake average has been about 1870 calories. With some fuzzy math, it looks like it estimates 6.8857 lbs of fat loss. That's great!
