So much for exercising everyday! Life really does get in the way, but I'll get back on track today. It's hard to fit in time everyday to exercise, but it's not as difficult on the weekdays as I've made it seem before. I just need to work on managing my time a little better to fit it in. I already feel the difference in watching what I eat though so that's more motivation to keep going.
