Sunday: good sleep even though I didnt get to sleep until after one AM because I was up watching crashbox and discussing very deep subjects like if there would be any elephants around by the time my grandaughter has grandchildren, and If we can send some to alaska and freeze dry some. Grandaughter has very good and original ideas ideas. I slpet in untill 10:00 AM. I am watching very closley my calories .I have noticed my total calorie creep up and stay consistantly higher.To lose 1-1/2 pounds per week I think I need to stay as close to 1200 calories as possible. I made tuna yesterday and left it for about 5 minutes and husband ate it! so I had to make more, we havent had tuna sandwiches for a while so I guess I forgot he was so into them, I guess ill have to make them more often.

Funny a out the tuna sandwiches, Carolyn. Guess you either have to make them more often or not leave them alone after they're made. Your husband sounds like a trip. Seems like you are having a good Sunday. It's a small wonder that you got any rest at all, given those profound discussions last night.
