I am doing pretty good. I am on Day 4 of the EFS Cycle 1. I have not been able to do all the exercise time that he says to do but I am trying to do whatever I can for as long as I can, I am really out of shape. 20 mins on the elliptical is kicking my butt. I feel pretty good though. I am not going hungry. I weighed myself this morning just to see and I was 137.9, not bad. I hope everyone is doing well.

Way to go. You can do it. Something is better than nothing with exercise. You might be working out too hard. Check your heart rate to make sure you are staying within the 50-70% of your max heart rate.

You're doing great! I don't even get much of a chance to excercise, and I'm still losing weight, but I can't wait to get done with school so I can concentrate on doing some excercising!

Awesome job with the weightloss! Slowly but surely you will buld up your cardio endurance. I remember the first itme on an elliptical I couldn't go for 5 minutes. Now I can easily do 90 minutes:) Keep up the great work!
