Ok, didn't make the challenge of going to the gym. I strained my back picking up my grandson. Oh well, what can a girl do. I started on Monday with a personal trainer (2x per week). Went to the gym last night and worked out. I will work out with the trainer tonight. I feel like I am on my way.
