Well Mardi Gras weekend is over. I did splurge just a bit. Think I used all my flex points if you call that splurging. I'm back on track now. I'm a little down and out. Frustrated about a number of things. I feel that if I get the weight off life will be good again. Being heavy has limited me in so many ways. I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing but I will never be "skinny" and 21 again. Thinking maybe my time has come and gone. I hope not but probably so. Just have to wait and see. Hope i make it.
