My weigh-ins are post workout. Who wouldn't want to weigh in after a good sweat.

It's amazing how the pounds drop off when you cut out the alcohol. It doesn't matter whether its low carb and/or low calorie; alcohol is hard for women to process and it shows.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
