I am starting the 6 week Dr. Oz challenge. Go to doctoroz.com and click on whatever to get a weight watcher near you. You have to go before monday to weigh in for free for dr. oz. they mail in one sheet and you keep the other and input your weight on dr. oz. then you take his 7 quizes to enter his million dollar sweepstakes! I have to lose one pound a week until the week of april2-9th. Lose either 10% of your weight or get to your ideal BMI. I need to get to 141 for 25 BMI, just 5lbs. How hard can it be? everyone join me!

Hi!! you are doing so well. So inspiring! and so glad i checked on you and found this Dr. Oz challenge. I just signed up. Something to help keep ME away from the ice cream that my people keep buying!!!
