I've been flipping back and forth between Paleo and Vegan for months. I hate eating meat, but when I eat a lot of grain and beans, I get bloated and feel terrible. Then I flip back to Paleo and get constipated, feel exhausted, and then come down with a cold. Of course, I've tried a lot of other diets, such as going gluten-free, lacto-ovo vegetarian, etc. I hadn't heard of nutritarian. I read Dr. Fuhrman's web site, and it makes sense to me. I'll give it a try. I don't see how eating vegetables can cause any harm.
