Due to not feeling well lately and a stiff neck I haven't done any exercising. I did make an effort to watch what I ate today and think I did ok. I did not have breakfast, but I did eat a small lunch and chose yogurt and fruit over bacon and sausage for my "breakfast" dinner.
I met up with a friend and her 2 children for dinner at Denny's. And ... no late night snacks!!
My gym bag is packed and ready to go so let's see if I make it to the gym after work.
