Isn't that "turn of the decade" a wonderful feeling? Don't be too discouraged if you temporarily bounce up a bit again. I find that when I "change decades," it sometimes takes several weeks before I am firmly below the previous mark. Nonetheless, congratulations!

Even if it's a tease...it is such a great motivator...your extra carbs might have been just the right catalyst...it happens to me occasionally after being strict for a long time. But whatever, whoopee!!!

You can do this!! You can stay in the 150's and go lower if you want. Just keep doing what got you to the 150's!

Don't stress about a few extra carbs, I found a few extra every once in a while actually keep my body moving, you are on a journey and doing fantastic
