Morning y'all. Hope everyone is doing well. That little voice inside my head made me check some of my stables this morning and then demanded that I remember to share with you the things that have helped me achieve the results that I have. Hope some of ya find the benefit from these. Ginger Root, Kale, Flax Seed, Chia Seeds, Spinach, Almond Milk, Fresh Fruit, Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Fish, ...... These are most of the key ingredients that I keep on hand. I know not all the ingredients are for everyone on different diets, but hope you find it useful, maybe it will help remind you of things you forgot or to help spark your creativity.
