I've lost 67 pounds since Valentine's day. All this because my thyroid was a little low and got on low dose meds. Now I can stick to my diet and never cheat. My activity level is way up.

March, 15.2 pounds
April, 19 pounds
May, 20.2 pounds
June, 14.6 pounds, SO FAR

Done 281- 100 pounds lost

265- one pound more than I lost last time
230- what I weighed last time I was employed
