I don't eat low carb, so some brown rice is all good to me.

wow, chef. lauriano carbs are good. they might be bad for ur body. but 90% of health humans need their carbs

Mylender is mistaken. The human body does not need carbs from grains or sugar. Just from veggies and some fruit.
