Oh. My. Gawd. My weight is up to 138lbs now. What the hell? I am so sick of this fluctuating crap! I am still working out hard and still eating healthy. When we went out to eat on Monday, I even got grilled mahi mahi instead of something fried and delcious like I wanted. Turned out "grilled" to that particular restaurant, meant overcooked. I barely ate half of it because it just wasn't very good. I had 2 pieces of a breaded and fried appetizer, but that's not enough to warrant a 2lb raise is it? Besides, that was 2 days ago, and I've drank a TON of water since then. Ugh.

Stupid body.. You need to drop this weight! With all the exercise and the walking around campus lugging around a 40lb backpack, you'd think I'd be dropping weight like crazy.

Whatever. Most I can do is keep doing this and hoping it will eventually come off. If not, I get to have flabby arms and icky back fat on my wedding day, yay!

You don't have much to lose now, so it can become a lot harder. You might need to be really strict with the diet and kick up the exercise in order to get to goal. If you are already in a healthy weight range for you height and body type, your body might like the weight it's at now. You might try upping your protein and focusing on natural type foods (fruits and veggies). Good luck!

Beautiful Starla, focus on all that you have accomplished before your wedding day!! Just hang in there. You and everyone else knows that you are doing everything right. Especially drinking tons of water. Stress keeps on or even adds pounds due to our survival mode that the body goes into. It will be okay. Thinking about relaxing, since you and I live near each other, do you know of any good spas or wonderful things to do in this area? :)

Not really. For a budget, though, I think the Clary Sage beauty college is worth looking into for spa stuff. As far as massage therapy or anything like that, I am clueless.

Maybe lugging around the backpack is adding some muscle. If your clothes still fit like they should, then I wouldn't worry about it too much.

They fit the same, but I'm not losing like I feel like I should be.

Hey hey, gorgeous. I hate the weight fluctuaton too. Probably you are gaining some muscle mass? Muscle weighs more than fat. Or water retention? I had this bad water retention before when my health was so bad. My weight could just fluctuate by 2-3 kg a day and I looked so "puffy". Don't give up! The damn weight fluctuation will go away sooner or later. :)
