Have not been to gym in about 1 1/2 - 2 months, have been working out intermittently at home by hula hooping and leg magic exercises. Mowed lawn two consecutive Sunday's, 4 hrs and 30 min respectively. Started Monday morn YouTube donkey kick exercise (8 min!) . Also did Saran belly wrap this AM. Have been eating sweets on occasion, chips, fast food and few drinks.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.4 lb a week
