Time to get back into the routine and set new goals.
Goal 1 is to weigh 247 or less by March 12, 2010
Goal 2 is to weigh 239 or less by April 9, 2010
Goal 3 is to weigh 235 or less by April 30, 2010
252.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
