Breakfast @ 10am: pineapple + pineapple yogurt

Snack: 2 cups green tea

25 min jog on the treadmill

Lunch @ 2pm: cup of milk + handful raw walnuts + 230 cal protein bar

12 min workout @ home

Went to the gym @5:30: hip hop class followed by pilates

Half cup blackcurrent juice

Dinner @8:30: cooked salmon with spice and pan-stirred veggies + soy chips & bean chips (10 in total)

Snack: blueberries
