Still trying to muster up the courage to start this thing...I really want to succeed. But I'm afraid...of what? I don't know

Just throw caution to the wind & go for it....you have nothing to lose but weight!!! I find once you get used to this way of eating it becomes very easy & you do not feel deprived. If you get hungry then eat but just don't eat carbs. Good luck...you CAN do this!!

Great advice there. The bravest step you can take is the first one, each one after that gets easier.
