Still having trouble getting completely back on track after a weekend off program. The good thing is that I didn't go crazy even though I didn't really track my points (as I was hoping to). I did try to make reasonable decisions though. It was a bit difficult getting back on the wagon yesterday...got weak around dinner and decided to meet my mom for Chinese food. Too bad it wasn't good at all. I guess the good news was that I didn't eat very much because I quickly realized it wasn't worthy of my consumption. Had some V-Day chocolate and cookies though and didn't bother to finish tracking at the end of the day. Where has my motivation gone?

I just realized that this Sunday will be a month on FS...my goal has been to lose at least 10 lbs a month...I need to lose one more pound to get there (plus a little that I gained this weekend). I can do this. Maybe this will help focus me.

I have also fallen off the diet wagon. This week was just too hectic- I had about 6 birthdays, and then Valentines day and Ive been sick. There's just no way that I could stay on. But friday I AM starting back. My motivation is prom and summer. I really want to be at 140 by May 8th so now dieting is getting serious lol..Good luck though!
