I started a low fat diet on January 11, I keep my calories below 1200. In March and September I will go low carb in order to rev up my diet/metabolism, avoid plateaus, and lose a little more weight. I was 285 January 10, and I am now 263. I exercise at least 3 times a week, but most often 5 times a week. I want to be 180 by my birthday. And reach my final goal of 160 by The end of 2010.
