Will do exercise and fat flush diet.
Today I do not have the FF Protein or enough food in the house to follow 100% but doing pretty good anyway. Had 1c blueberry with 1 cup whole milk yogurt for breakfast. Exercised yesterday on treadmill for 40 min. did 5.2 for 2 min. and mostly 4.2-4.5 otherwise.
