Starting over with a goal weight of 155 or below by May 1, 2010.

Will do exercise and fat flush diet.

Today I do not have the FF Protein or enough food in the house to follow 100% but doing pretty good anyway.
Had 1c blueberry with 1 cup whole milk yogurt for breakfast.
Exercised yesterday on treadmill for 40 min. did 5.2 for 2 min. and mostly 4.2-4.5 otherwise.

Measurements 40-35-42
175.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
