Char Gets Thin's Journal, 14 June 2017

Ok, I just jumped back on the bandwagon on Monday, after gaining 24 pounds and NOT being able to use it by recording my food in a journal. For some reason, using the online journals works for me, while doing it on paper doesn't. What's really strange is that the diet I'm following now, Slimming World, DOESN'T REQUIRE JOURNALING!lol BUT... since Monday, I'm down 4.2 pounds, 182.2 to 178.0. Haven't done a weigh-in yet, I like to keep that to once a week, but seems that again, using an online format is what it takes to make it work for me! I AM ECSTATIC! :-D
