day 184...gettin ready to head to the gym and get my last workout in for the week...wish it was over already...lol..but once i get up ther, il be glad i went...just hard to find the motivation to go some days..well most days its below 40 outside...hahahaha..once it gets warmer i can start walkin again...i miss my morning walks...

ty...starting monday i am starting a new program that will make me sweat more..i dont feel like im sweating enough when i do my workouts..so gonna start a new program to increase the workouts even more...

that's cool.... or hot, lol. I used more of an incline yesterday and boy could I feel the burn! I sweated like a dern pig too! You are doing so well on droppin' the pounds though! I'm proud of you!!

thanks evryone...im glad its showin everyonce in awhile that all the hard work is payin off..or id probly get discouraged...
