Slow and Steady wins the race.
W2 D3: I was really hoping to be under 325 at this point since I have done Atkins 2 other times in my life. When I first tried Atkins 12 years ago, I had lost 30 lbs in two weeks and then lot a total of about 50 in a three month period. The next time I tried it a few years later, I lost only 12 lbs during the two week induction. It seems I am another data point to support the fact that if you do Atkins multiple times, you may lose less weight during latter induction phases as you did the first time.
However I am encouraged that I am losing weight at a good clip but yet I have not yet started any regular exercise program. After induction, I plan on incorporating more exercise treadmill walking) on a regular basis.
I am already feeling more energy and am craving less during the day. Following other FS members' progress help keep the motivation up.
