Stayed up all night last planning my sister's 50th birthday party in Las Vegas. Very tired today. Completed my two challenges for the treadmill and elliptical of 30 minutes. Missed the pedometer challenge by about 360 calories, in part because I tried to catch up on some much needed sleep. Pedometer reading: 11292 calories burned 640. But it's nice to know that I have all the details squared away for my sister's trip next week.

Didn't do as well on my diet today. Had too much BBQ chicken. Will look to do better tomorrow. Have a few client meetings scheduled so that should help with my pedometer challenge. I've already planned out tomorrow's menu so hopefully I can stay on target.

Oooh, where in Vegas are you going? What are you planning on seeing / doing? We are going in June, and staying at Paris. I can't wait - All I want to do is lay around the pool, and hope everyone else is fatter than me!!! LOL
