Staff potluck! I don't know what it is about all the food that triggers me. I just wanted to go for it, like I usually do. But I had two kinds of salad and a small helping of lasagna. Skipped all the breads, sweets and desserts. Drank water. Tough to stay strong. Thanks for all the support.
