Hey Now!
So I worked a 12.5 hour day yesterday... got home at around 8:45pm and tired does not adequetely describe how utterly exhausted I was... I wanted to just melt into bed. But I couldn't do it! I had already skipped my regular workout on Tuesday because of Valentines day and I couldn't skip again last night. Because it was so late in the evening by the time I made it home, I had already missed my class at the gym. I have a fitness center in my apartment complex but it is so dark over there and I get nervous being out alone at night so I called in for back up! My sweetie (bless his heart) came over at 10pm last night to go to the fitness center and work out with me!! He is so super supportive and I am grateful for him (warm fuzzies, lol)
So we worked out together last night, I introduced him to my new HIIT workout and HE LOVED IT! He said he wants to do it again tonight and you know I am all for it...by this summer we both will be HOTT!! So I am feeling VICTORIOUS today. Im happy that I pushed myself to workout and that my hunnie is now motivated to join me.
I gotta keep pushing. Even though the scale has yet to move, I can feel my heart beating and it feels so good!!
