Well thats disappointing. I have been stalled for 2 weeks now. I have started exercising and walked 15k this weekend so was hoping that it would show on the weigh in. I know that I am still not trying hard enough with the water, but am determined not to get disheartened. Lets hope next week is a better one.

Don't worry. You will see, by the next weigh in you will lose even that much more weight. We all hit a plateau. Keep on doing the same thing. It will work to your advantage.
