Day 5: Beast Cardio/Abs-50 mins✔️ Before had 1/2 C quick oats w 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 t cinnamon 1t raw unfiltered honey(whatever that means). 😉tomorrow's "challenge": do shoulders on a Saturday, maybe when dh takes his nap. 😂 hope to see some movement on the tape, didn't measure last week so it will be two weeks worth.

Got a 32 min walk in w my dd tonight. We tried to throw the ball again but too dark for me. We jogged for 4 mins then walked then sprinted then walked. She did good. Tomorrow we will try again😉
