Hey Thully Ncube... I'm following 18 hour fasts +/-, by only eating dinners on week days... I try to keep it low carb high fat (banting rules), and I do keep track of what I eat. Most of the time any way. On weekends I let my hair down & eat what I want without really tracking. Last week I started eating a bowl of high fiber bran every night after dinners. I've found that if I don't get enough fiber, I don't go for nr 2 very often, so the high fiber has helped me there.
Also I've been on a plateau since beginning of this year, so I think I just broke that as well....

So Leksie, if im understanding you correctly, you are saying that during weekdays you dont eat breakfast and lunch, you only have supper?

Thullly you must start by just skipping breakfast for a week then push your 1st meal of the day further by an hour every few days after your first week and that will make it easier to skip breakfast and lunch each day :)
