Well, consistently losing 2 lbs. per week basically. It is so frustrating. I know the say of losing it slow means it will stay off. But gall darn it. It takes so long when you are so out of shape! I have been doing this for over a month now. It is a habit, but why doesn't something just click and the weight start to fall off??? I am watching what I eat and exercising 5 days a week. This is very frustrating!! Any suggestions or inspiration?! Thanks
