The last couple of days have been rough. We were snowed in again! I didn't do bad with my overall calories, but a lot of my calories were pretty empty. I really need to do better with getting enough protein. Today I am sooooo exhausted, which is due to my unhealthy choices of late. And, of course, I really need to get moving some more. I feel like a slug.

The weather is definitely a bummer - try walking in place during your favorite TV show. And, the protein will help your energy level. Also, make sure you are getting enough water - that helps too. Hang in there!
