Monday: Slept fitful. I took hours to get to sleep. I woke up several times and had trouble getting back to sleep , then B called at 04:00 , the cat wanted out at 05:00 and I had set the alarm for 05:30. I should have just got up at 04:00. Tonight I am going to take a sleeping pill as soon as I get home and go straight to bed! I cant believe I am ranting so much about not sleeping when I have such good mood boosting mind blowing news! Im down almost 2 pounds from last week. I have had a three pound fluctuation in my weight this week. I looked on line and it said that your weight can fluctuate as much as four pounds depending on fluid and waste status. Ok I believe that.It also said that the scale may weigh you falsley high because of this but not falsley low if it is functioning at all.....So I weighed this AM and I am 185.8 YAHOO ! ! !YIPPIE ! ! ! . Keep journaling, this is working , dont give up and find some alternative hight protein /low cal foods to eat.
I am in the MODERATELY OBESE weight range.
Goal Setting Recommendation: To move to the next weight range I need to weigh 168.8 poundsto be in the OVERWEIGHT weight range.
