I couldn't take the Weight Watcher's anymore. I was finding myself much more prone to binge-eating than I had been before and after only 2 weeks, I found myself really put off by fruit due to having to force myself ot eat so much of it. I like this Spike Diet thing; it sounds like something I might actually be able to stick to.
