Been told about this website and app from my neighbour across the road, I was following the weight watchers diet and lost a stone and a half in 3 weeks but week 5 and ive come to a standstill, im not putting on but im not losing either and im getting a bit fed up of counting points! Thats when i was told about this handy app i can have on my iphone that basically adds up everything for me! ive followed the instructions and i should be on 2,600 calories a day so will give this a go for the week and adjust accordingly if i need to, really excited about this as it seems so easy and instead of having 4 different apps to manage my weight its all in one handy one! Today i weigh 17stone 3lbs which is 241 lbs so will weigh myself in a week and see whats happened!

Great job on the loss. Most diets take work and you will have weeks where you lose, gain and stay the same. Very few people make it through the weight loss journey with constant losses. The ones who get to goal are the people who keep going and don't give up. If you don't like counting points or calories, try South Beach, Dukan or Atkins. I actually like WW because it lets me eat a balanced diet. But I also do a modified Atkins while doing WW. I try to stay away from processed foods. Good luck!
