Well, i need advice...I'm having such a hard time writing in what i eat....it's insane...and i totally went off track this week, because of this heat wave around here, i don't want to cook...whatever is easiest is what we have. the good news is that i'm doing good with water intake, but....still having trouble with tracking. going for my weigh in this week....if i can lose even .5, i'll be happy, since that'll finally be my 10 lbs! wish me luck, and please, any advice would be great!
