Well, i need advice...I'm having such a hard time writing in what i eat....it's insane...and i totally went off track this week, because of this heat wave around here, i don't want to cook...whatever is easiest is what we have.
the good news is that i'm doing good with water intake, but....still having trouble with tracking.
going for my weigh in this week....if i can lose even .5, i'll be happy, since that'll finally be my 10 lbs!
wish me luck, and please, any advice would be great!

Lately it has been easier for me to write down a menu for the day, record my points and then follow that for my eating. I hate the recording also and it really is necessary. Congratulations on your weight loss and hope the idea helps!

have you tried using the online tools. i find that easier than writing things down. you can save alot of the things you eat and just click on your favorite foods.
