I joined a gym. We work out for an hour to 1 1/2 hours a day.

My husband and I go nearly every day after work.
It's a great stress reliever.

I still am wanting to drink a coke a cola everyday at work though. I feel I need it to stay awake.

I just recently got over from my period. I crave so much sweet stuff it scarry. But I have been good otherwise. My husband and I cut back on the munchies, but we usually have an vanilla ice cream cone at diary queen once a week or two.

But so far I am proud of my self.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
