Hi everyone. Well it's true I am finally down below 200 lbs! In the morning I can weigh 197 but as the day goes on I weigh a solid 199. So I am really not sure which is correct..had a great work out yesterday at the gym! a guy there helped me work on my abs... with three exercises.If you want to know them let me know... or actually I will post them later. :) Love, you all. I always weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the restroom :) I think the weight after you start eating and drinking is very biased because it depends on what and when you consumed.

Always go with your stated low if you weigh in the same day and have stuck to your regimen. You would have to consume over 7000 calories to gain 2lbs of fat in a day to even make that in the realm of possibility. Bet your bottom dollar, it's water especially if you had a good workout, because your body needs that H20 to work with glycogen in order heal your muscles and make them good & strong. :-)
