O.K. even though I went up a few pounds this is alright. They do say to weigh once a week so I need to look at it this way, if at the beginning of the week I started at 343 and still am at 336, that is still a loss. Have to keep positive and remember that I am doing well and sticking to the "rules" of this weight loss program. Have found some fabulous and new treats and snacks will share in recipe box. Am going well and almost one full week down! Onward to the new me :-)
