I hope you reach your goal! I have been supplementing my diet with beans, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and various meats and fish. I am working our with 20 lb. dumbbells. My lean muscle mass has increased considerably while meeting me goal of losing 1 to 2 lbs a week. I have been restricting my calories to about 1600 a day! I am 6 ft. tall and 62 years old. I didn't know I could do this at my age but it has gone well. Stay with it my friend. 🍖🍗🌮🍵
