I don't know how to add 6doritos and 6 hershey kisses at the mass services to yesterdays snacks, but I'm sure they didn't help. Today wil be the funeral, going to TRY to not over eat. hopefuly this weekend I can make the scale move more.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
