Honestly's Journal, 10 February 2012

Working on amping up my exercise routine. Going in baby steps but it is forward motion. Maybe a "routine" isn't always a good thing. Just changing this up a little and adding a few minutes on different equipment. May be a little premature but I am not dreading this summer. It has always been so increadibly embarressing the sweating that I do in the heat. I am hopefull that this summer that will decrease. I was like a polar bear in the antartic with layers of lard insulating me. Sweat literly ran down my face. Not this summer!? I am hopefull anyway. I have let my mind wander to the summer already. Don't know why but it has occurred to me that will have nothing to wear. That sounds worse than it is. I will have nothing to wear! How cool! While I do love the numbers on the scale naked I do not want to share that sight with the world. It will be fun shopping for smaller summer clothes. I do believe one should live in the present but on this journey it is helpful to look forward. The future is bright. It is also helpful occassionally to look back and realize the progress. Yea me. Things have slowed down so much that this practice of dreaming and reminesing is usefull. I have also developed some patience. I now have the patience of a toddler. That my friends is progress for me too. Forward motion!
