I could only do maybe 3 hours of house work today because this sinus infection makes me tired. For breakfast I had 1& 1/2 whole wheat pancake with apple sauce substituted for oil, topped with natural peanute butter, apple slices, and less than a serving of pure maple syrup. Lunch was hot and sour seafood soup along with sauteed unwrapped vegetables and peanuts flavored with soy sauce and chili sauce. Dinner was 1/2 cup Jasmine rice, one baked skinless chicken thigh, 1/2 cup steamed brocolli and carrots topped with soy sauce, pinnaples and juice. I was also tempted by the lasagna Don ate and proceeded to eat a small piece followed by two reeses cookies, this was after dinner, then I had a yogurt for a midnight snack despite that I wasn't hungry. I was merely craving something sweet. I know it was because of the off limits white pasta and cheese, and I would have been better off eating grapes than yogurt. Will I ever listen to logic?
