ok, new plan :) ha ha i have an EIGHT minute workout and i am gonna do it on the days when both my kids are in school. which means 2 times one week, 3 times the next. i know it doesn't sound like much but i really HATE to exercise, so baby steps, right? lol yeesh, it sounds lame to me even, but with winter on its way here i won't get out walking nearly as much...being honest, even with fall here i wasn't walking much either *shame* I have 2 weddings coming up tho in the next 5 months, so i gotta get through winter without gaining my weight back.
